Laser surgery for birth mark?

I just recently decided im going to get laser surgery for these brith marks? One is just a small round 1 inch dot on my chest and the other is some kind of weird pigmentation under the chest (under the nipple) and this just popped up about 5-6 years ago.

But my question is, has anyone gotten laser surgery for something like this? How much did it cost? Did it clear it up? etc...
