Has anyone bought any of the Elite Fitness video's? Would like to get one, just wondering if there worth the money.

Maybe some of the PLer's will pop over here and help out with this. But I think that just by the fact that Dave Tate and crew have such a large seminar schedule they probley have a grasp on presenting the material in a sensable manner.
