I am a bit frustrated and was hoping someone could point me towards some answers. I have been having trouble finding pics that are small enough to use as my avatar. I have a G4 so I am sure there is a way to make the pics smaller, anyone know what program? For instance I tried to post an old avatar of mine and it wouldn't let me, anyone else?

lol, ok. is it resolved? or is the expert computer hacking skills of beez still needed?

disclaimer: beez is in no way a computer expert and he didn't even know how to work email until 2 years ago. the only reason he learned then was because the marine corps turned soft and started using computers for communication instead of chewing ass as was traditional.

In the future, if you get Adobe Photoshop, resizing images is extremely easy. You would just go to Image Size and change it to 175 pixels by 175 pixels.

the more i look at the pic, the less happy i am with it. i believe my back is wider than that, just have to figure out how to pose correctly. that time, i just put my hands on my side and moved my elbows forward.
 
Yeah, it seems like your lats aren't fully extended.

I would see how looking at my avatar then looking at your picture would make you upset.

When I go into usercp to change my avatar the circle is highlighted that says- Do not use an avatar
I don't see anywhere where I can disable this and use an avatar. Can anyone help?
