webhosting on AM?

I have a site that i registered a few months ago, its not really a fitness site or anything.  I thought BDC or someone had mentioned something about hosting here?  If anyone can give me some details that would be cool.

 

currently its not hosted, its just "parked" waiting until i get my basic design done and get some hosting.
