So for the past week or so I have been REALLY thirsty after my workouts. I drink so much that my stomach hurts and I'm still thristy. I reviewed my diet and realized that I wasnt getting a good ammount of sodium.

Would taking sodium/potassium pills halfway through my workouts help with this you think? I would just drink gatorade but I dont need the sugar. Thanks.

You only need ~500mg of Na to function correctly. If it is dehydration taking extra sodium would worsen it by pulling more water from cells.

Go get your blood sugars checked.

I assume you say this because of my previous thread.

For the past few days, I have only had this post workout. Guess the couple days before that were coinsidence? From the time I wake up untill I go to the gym I feel fine.

Suppose I'll get it check anyway.
