David Lee Roth Replacing Howard Stern On Morning Radio

Former Van Halen frontman takes over popular radio program on January 3.

He's fronted one of the biggest rock bands and he's saved the lives of New York residents as a paramedic with the city's ambulance service. He is well-read, very intelligent, and as evidenced in his autobiography, has worldly experience. Should make for an interesting radio show!

Starting in January, David Lee Roth can be heard on the following stations in the following markets:
• WXRK-FM New York
• KLLI-FM Dallas
• WYSP-FM Philadelphia
• WBCN-FM Boston
• WRKZ-FM Pittsburgh
• WNCX-FM Cleveland
• WPBZ-FM West Palm Beach
I have always been a huge fan of DLR 'the entertainer'. If any of you have had the opportunity to listen to him in interviews over the years you know what I mean. I only hope that the market expands to my city, Phoenix, so I can listen to him.

This could be good if he hasn't fried himself too bad over the years. I always enjoyed his interviews. He has a very interesting point of view and can really tell a good story. Some of those old VH tour stories still crack me up.
I'll have to keep an eye out for this.

We don't have crap for radio up here in Flagstaff. Maybe he'll be aired on the internet?
