:woohoo: greetings to all! like the layout here hope to contribute as well as learn. currently age 24, 6'1" about 210-212 right now on a prolonged cruise (trainin DC as HIT works best for my ecto tendencies)still natty for at least another year or so til I get to around 225 230 hard then plan to run numerous "experiments" on top of a good base.
