any MOD..little help please

want to use this as my avatar..its what i use everywhere..wont let me upload animated images....could ya help me out here..id appreciate it...

try saving it to your hard drive then uploading it

ive tried it both ways...says cant upload animated images..
had the same problem on 1 other board... they were able to do it for me..
