I have em.....and love em.....great for the gym, the only drawback is that there is little support for your ankles and also, if you have high arches you will need to get some inserts. I got mine (shoes) off ebay for $50.

ya, i got arch supports always, thinking about getting custom made ortho's.

Def. go for the custom made orthos...they are a bit expensive, but well worth it. Plus some insurance companies cover partial costs of them.
