    thank goodness for blenders

i think one of the best inventions is the blender......im starting to think this more and more each day....with every MRP or protien shake i have to drink by trying to pour water into something and shake it to mix the powder........

horrible......i dont care what the boxes say..NONE of them mix well without a blender

A big cup and a hand blender are the way to go......easier to clean.

I just toss a tablespoon of flax oil and a scoop of powder in my mouth and drink a couple cups of water to wash it down.
That doesn't... Come off as sounding lazy or anything, does it?

I agree completely I love my hand blender. It rules. No protein mixes with a spoon and water.
