What is the best way to get rid of hair!!!!!!!!

I have tied nare for men but my hair starts going back in like 2 days
I have also tried shaving with my mack3 but the same thing happened
Not only that but my back chest and shoulder brook out with these nasty acne like pimples I thought they would go a way after a week of shaving but 2 weeks later ther getting better but they still gross. If I keep shaving will they eventually stop appearing or what. Can any one give me some punters on staying hair and pimple free thanks.

Try shaving with Noxema instead of shaving cream. It helps alot if you have sensitive skin and are prone to breakouts and razor burn.
