Well we got assigned our senior english projects today. We have to write a paper and it can be on anything we want.
I am thinking of doing "The effects of a healthy lifestyle on mental health."
Since working out increases testosterone, the first thing that came to mind was the connection between depression and testosterone, or lack there of. I found a few studies on this, but does anyone have any studies that show either A) working out raises test or B) test is a natural "anti-depressant".
