And post away but I can tell you that he will more than likely make some smartassed crack about how we would try to rip off the dontations in some f*cking way..

Nope, you just have to 50 extra pushups seriously, I for one judge people on their own, not by the people they hang with.. some are able to tolerate things better than others..

I like yj too, and he was one of the first people online at another site to really help me with nutrition/supplements. Some of his stuff I have learned is somewhat skewed, but overall a good guy with a HUGE EGO!! lol
