Seems to be the week of gym stories........

Well, i teach spin class, and at my gym we have a few of the
bigger guys who talk **** to be blunt...about how easy it is....a full
hour on a bike that goes no where is what i hear....and they are
my friends...so i laugh it off...

Tonight i had a class with 2 people in it..class size is up to 12
so i called out ( maybe got the guys going with some ribbing)
and said now is your chance......prove you can do it.....I nearly died
when 4 of my friends, came into class.......so naterally no matter
what pain i was in i kicked it up a notch.....60 mins, jumps,sprints,
endurance training......i had one walk out 1/2 throught it..another
about to puke....and the last 2 wont be able to walk right for a week...

I never laughed so hard.........side note to this.....i was to in pain..only
my 3rd class since surgery....but i went balls to the walls......

i just had to get them in my class,....and of course push it to the max!!!!LOL
they wont make fun anymore......spin can be intense..depends on the teacher
