receding face with calcium deficiency??

i heard with a calcium defciency your gums/teeth recede, and actually shrink..

so would this happen to like ur facial structure, as well as your height?

all i was asking is if a calcium deficiency can cause hieght/bone loss

or just break ur damn bones

Well sure. Osteoperosis for instance is the loss of bone density due to deficiencies in calcium among several other things. This causes bones to become brittal and can then become easily fractured as a result. Fractures of the vertabrae are common with this condition and repeated spine fractures can cause chronic lower back pain as well as loss of height or curving of the spine, which gives the individual a hunched-back appearance. This is what you usually see in the elderly. Bottomline, drink your milk, exercise regularly, and stay away from excessive tobacco and alcohol consumption.
