Positive He balance?

As I took my morning constitutional today, I pondered the way a positive nitrogen balance is generally considered to indicate an anabolic environment. I also pondered how deep-sea divers replace the nitrogen in their air supplies with helium to prevent nitrogen narcosis and decompression sickness.

Then came the inevitable question: Would a positive helium balance cause improved gains in power and hypertrophy over nitrogen?

I submit that it would, indeed; and that a well-known athlete has found some way to, unnoticeably, supplement his air supply all the time, replacing the nitrogen with helium.

You've probably guessed where I'm going with this by now, but if not, one of the only two side effects of the supplementation is a taste for human ears...
