Right upper arm-17.5”
Left upper arm-17 3/4”
Right forearm-13.5”
Left forearm-14”

Upper arm measurements after bicep/triceps pump workout were 19” and 19 1/4” hanging relaxed.

It's more flexed vs relaxed that I'm looking at. Just an interesting thought. I know genetics etc will play a big role,but leave the stats you feel are important then.

I think this was just for grins and curiosity rather than trying to establish anything. I posted up more info anyway. Bodyfat is definitely correlative. My unpumped arm size goes up almost 2 “ when bulking between 15-20% bodyfat.

While still being somewhat vascular and having veins running across my biceps triceps, my arms are now 18" cold and flexed. I will have to measure again for relaxed and hanging by the side.

I'm short. Lol! Total length from shoulder to wrist is 23". I still don't know why he wants to know how long our arms are though.
