FitDay vs MyBodyComp?

i have never seen mybodycomp. i use fit day, its super easy, and gives you everything you need

i like fitday as well but then again i have never used mybodycomp. anyone want to give some info on it?

Anybody else got info regarding these two!? Seems like Fitday is the champ! Which do you find MORE useful! Does one have more listings of foods....does one keep track of things in a more detailed manner....etc! Hey DieTrying weren't you a big fan of Fitday...could you elaborate....I believe I saw it in your Sig a while back....O, and hit me up in PM's about that Heat you had!
