Oh ****! Thats what i've been missin in my leg day routine. i totally forgot about the hip-pidy-bop jump-twirl slide part with a cable attched....dammit! but seriously that is the funniest thing i've seen in a long time. what gets me is how the audience is actually into it. i'm gonna watch that over an over....bunch a' fairys. lmao.:lol:

lol i don't know what goes through some people's heads when they do these things at my gym! :frustrate
especially when you see someone doing a Men's Health magazine workout--you know, the one where you jump up from a squat and do an overhead press followed by a bicep curl on the way down...
