whats the deal

everytime i try to reply to a post it says my i.p address has been banned. i havent broken any rules yet anytime i try to give advice or ask a question i get a screen that pops up saying the administrator has banned my i.p address. can someone explain a. what i did b. how i can change my status?

If your IP was banned you wouldn't be even able to view the board... and what are you meaning by change your status?
