Good reliable HR Monitor that can easily upload data???

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows of a good Heart Rate Monitor with or without watch that can you can upload the data to your p
PC or phone after a workout? I've found a polar bluetooth HR strap monitor that pairs with an iPhone but after that I'm struggling? All types and make suggestions welcome just not too expensive. LOL Cheers
