I didn't see a New Member section, so I'm just putting this here. Figured I would say hi to the community before I jumped into the forum. I've been lifting for about 5 years now. Mostly all compounds. I stick to a lot of old school routines. Everything revolves around squat/dead/bench/clean for me.
