how do i not refrigerate my flax oil after opening....left it out in the cupboard for 10 days now. so last sunday, i get admitted to the hospital for an illness and i wonder what caused it. whatchu think? this most likely the culprit? So that sucka is marinating now in the garbage bag. Sage

If it was not left opened/exposed to light, then I seriously doubt it has gone rancid... Health From The Sun Brand (which is my personal choice) Flax Seed Oil products have like a 2 week limit as to the amount of time they can go unrefrigerated (I think, not sure, but its something like that)...
