Just wanted to know, when someone goes like
"but you are on steroids"
"do you take steroids" - of course the questioner wants to blame the gains onto juice.
"this (your muscles) is all steroids"
what is your best mouth shutting reply to such people who misunderstand.

This is hard brother...people who aren't on juice don't understand the concept of you having to work just as hard and diet just as hard to get results...they have the misconception that bc your in juice you can eat **** and lift 1-2 days a week and grow like a monster....this is a hard one man

are you on the juice or not? i dont wanna make natty comebacks if you pin. but those people are just jealous and deep down wish they had a source for gear. but they arnt committed enough to use anyways

go with the whole information is power idea. tell him no stims or creatine pre workout. you jsut watch pumping iron. and no gayboi shakes for post workout. you just eat pages out of different books on anabolism.
