Secure e-mail help

Everyone,
I need a computer savvy bro to help me out here. I keep trying get a secure e-mail account. I go through the whole process but then a error pops up that says Java.util. NoSuchElementException. I know that there is something wrong with a java file but how do I fix it? Anybody that has so insight, please let me know. Thanks.

just try installing the latest version of java.....
