Long story short, I got depressed this fall and stopped lifting entirely for 2 months. I've lost 10lbs and I'm now a tiny 160lbs.
I was gonna cycle the 1st of the year, but I don't want to jump into that in my current state.
With 100% dedication, does 6 weeks sound about right to get back to 170, get most of my gains back, and then start the cycle?
