My blood pressure these days seems to be around 118/60. This is pretty low which is good, but is the wider variance between systolic/diastolic a good thing? Its always been like that - the variance between the two numbers is always around 60mm/Hg. The 'ideal' blood pressure for an adult is 120/80 or lower, but notice the difference between the two is 40mm/Hg.
