Just bought a new IPOD and looking to fill it up with some good workout music. What gets you going and keeps you going in the gym?
All genres are welcome...

Blasphemy. I do like a bit of everything though. I run to a little bit of bbking and trouble man by Marvin gaye is also a good endurance song for me. It all comes down to preference.

I agree about personal preference, I 99% of the time listen to rock. Usually bands that I really like and songs that I know pump me up. Some Tool, def. Chevelle and Deftones are staples on my gym playlist. Rise Against is good for lifting also. I usually throw on a podcast for running
