I always had small arms and I could never make them budge past 14.25 and thats with my right arm! My left was measuring 13.25.So finally I gave up measuring them and now about a year later I look at them and still say wow they STILL havent budged!
I pulled out the tape today, my right is 16.25 , left is 15.75.
Goes to show you that looking in the mirror, your never really satisfied with what you look like lol. I used to think 16 inch arms were my goal. Looking at myself day in day out over the last year caused me to never notice any change! But ya... haha...
