Imagine walking along in the mall with a loved one - your son/daughter, wife/husband, mother/father, grand-mother/father and they going into cardiac arrest and they drop to the floor right in front of you.

What are you going to do?

You would hope if something like this happened more people would be willing to help. Sadly this is probably pretty close to reality.
 
Glad to be AED certified...CPR...and first responder and have my fiancé be a physicians assistant but yeah it's sad some people just wouldn't help
