Seinfeld is probably my all time favorite as well. But at the same time I also gotta give props to the discovery channel. I don't know what it is but they always have interesting **** on.

Seinfeld is the only show I can watch over and over and still laugh at crap I've seen a hundred times. Curb Your Enthusiasum is also very good. In fact HBO has alot of great shows. I loved Deadwood. And no it's not about a guy on a deca only cycle.

I miss TNG. That show had something special about it for me that none of the other Star Trek shows ever had. Something about the cast and the way they worked well together I think. Never got into any of the other ones. As for favorite shows, I don't really watch much TV, but Deadwood on HBO is my favorite recent one. Six Feet Under isn't bad at all, though if you haven't seen it from the beginning you're kinda screwed. The Sopranos was great, but these last two seasons were a bit fucked, especially the one before last. The writers got too full of themselves, fell too in love with developing their characters and seemed to have forgotten that plot implies some action.

South Park...hands down! I love politically incorrect, crude, shocking, humor.

I'd have to say that I also like stuff like TechTV, Discovery, etc, but lately I've not watched one.

One of the best, pointless, cartoons of all times has to be DragonBall Z. Call me what you will, but we've got all released episodes on tape, with the exception of about 4 tapes. It's a H-U-G-E collection. I've also got all seven seasons of South Park :) Ha, ha.

Too many good ones to pick just one. I would say The Simpsons, That 70s Show, or NYPD Blue. I spend more time watching documentaries on Discovery, TLC and the History channel, more than I do watching sitcoms. I haven't got around to watching any of the CSIs yet, but I will one of these days. What is there about 17 of them now.

Seinfeld is great. Discover also has some good programs on as well. Other shows I like would have to be MythBusters, The Surreal Life can also be pretty entertaining at times. Other than that, I dont watch that much TV... BTW, the Seinfeld DVDs come out in November as a boxed set, just an FYI...

1. Deadwood is THE single best show ever on television... ever. incredibly made in basically every aspect, one hell of a dramatic series. one name: Ian McShane.

2. Sopranos (set the bar before Deadwood raised it)

3. Six Feet Under (sometimes hit and miss but when it connects it hits totally out of the park)

4. Seinfeld/Curb Your Enthusiasm

5. The Daily Show

6. otherwise pretty much stuck on History/Discovery/Speed

can you tell I love HBO? anybody who doesn't have it, get it if you want to see truly excellent dramatic tv. everything else is ****.

The best of all time: The Simpsons. I mean come on, with quotes like, "If grease is worth money, then these arteries are clogged with yellow gold!" you just cant beat it. The new ones aren;t that great, but the old ones are awesome.

Other than that, I despise much of TV. I absolutly hate sitcoms, with Seinfeld being the only one that I can really watch. There is something about fake, contrive humor and piped in laughter every two seconds taht eats awat at me. Anti-sitcoms are pretty good, with shows like Malcolm in the Middle being extremely well done. I also really liked Smallville before I got too busy to watch it. Lana is a hottie. :)

Dave Chappelle show. I heard that Paul Mooney may be getting a show with Comedy Central. Not sure how true that is. Would be great to see that. Oz on HBO use to be a fave of mine when it was out. Other than that I usually watch BET or the History Channel.

beyond the 'intolerance' and 'uncompashionate' characters - they tackle social issues pretty well.

I have to agree with Biggs that HBO has some of the best shows out there like Deadwoood, Sopranos, Six Feet Under, etc. I like all of them.

Other than that I'd say The Dave Chapelle Show, The Daily Show, and I have to admit I'm all about Scrubs...something about that style of humour makes me roll laughing.

I totally agree on all points. Angel was always a distant second for me. It wasn't until the end when Wesley turned dark and Spike showed up that I watched the show on it's own merit.

I agree again. When it wants to, Smallville is very good to great. I especially like the inuendos to Superman. But I'm getting very tired very quickly of the plots where Kryptonite is used yet again to create a new monster. I wish they'd make the story arcs longer than 1 episode (like Buffy).

I must say, Lex Luthor is my favorite character on that show by far. We all know he will be a "bad guy" in the end, but we see and understand why he progresses in that direction, despite his attempts at being a "good guy". And Lana is friggen hot!

Nice to see another Buffy and Angel fan. I got all the released seasons on DVD.

I actually liked Angel more than Buffy the show had more of a nostalgic feel to it. I'm glad they left the ending to both shows open although it seemed like the entire cast of Angel was pretty much done for.

Family Guy of course! Nuthin on TV is more random or more funnier than that show. you can find a great quote from every episode

Anyone remember Soap?
..... was VERY funny.

Any NFL football game on tv is great stuff. I don't watch many regular TV shows, only last year did I become a Simpsons fan after watching an episode. Genius.

Because of the ads, I watched the first episode of Desperate Housewives after a football game a couple of weeks ago. The title and theme were brilliant. Terry Hatcher was always a doll in my book so I thought it was worth a shot. I think the show is pretty good but needs to develop. It's probably a good thing I don't watch much tv, I'm sure a lot of you will say "desperate housewives?!?! Is he soft ?!?! "

Star Trek TNG was also brilliant I agree.

Buffy was great haha. Personal favorite? Dragon Ball Z, hands down. Funnywise, South Park by far. **** kills me and my gf doesn't understand why I think it's so funny.
