Thirdly: you might want to consider asking this in the Training or Exercise Science forums instead of the "General Chit-Chat" forum.
Also, your screen name and posts makes you seem a bit obsessed with your bench press, if that is the case, you could easily be over-training the muscles needed to perform the exercise.
