Avocado In Scrambled Egg

What you will need to make the best scrambled eggs.
Utensils such as:
  • frying pan (non-sticky)
  • spatula or wooden spoon
  • egg beater
  • bowl
While the ingredients for the best scrambled eggs are:
  • fresh eggs
  • olive oil (don’t use butter for it will affect the taste of the vegetables)
  • ½ cup non-fat milk
  • 1 small vine tomato
  • 1/4 onion (preferably red)
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ zucchini
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • fresh salsa
Steps in making the best scrambled eggs

First is to make sure to wash all the vegetables with water. Then cut up all the vegetables except the avocado to prevent it from browning. The onions should be diced into smaller cuts than zucchini and tomato. After cutting the vegetables start on cracking the eggs in a bowl. Make sure that no egg shells are present in the bowl. With the use of egg beater, beat the eggs for less than 2 minutes. While beating the eggs add the non-fat milk. If the eggs will be whisked over the time tendency are once it is cooked the egg will be rubbery or dry.

Next step in making the best scrambled eggs is to heat the frying pan over a low medium heat. Place about 2 tbsp. of olive oil into the pan. Let the oil be warm up. Start adding to the pan the onions, then the zucchini, stir fry them for about two minutes. Once the onions are beginning to brown add the tomatoes then stir it again for a minute. Wait as the tomatoes to be brown before adding the scrambled egg mixture into the frying pan. After adding the eggs do not stir it. Let the eggs to set for a 1 minute.

While waiting for the eggs to set a little, the next step in the best scrambled eggs is to cut now the avocado. Begin stirring now the eggs until the runny liquids have disappeared. But if you preferred the best scrambled eggs, cook the eggs with moisture. The best part on how to make the best scrambled eggs is by adding the feta cheese on top. Sprinkle a little or if you want it to be cheesy add more, then stir for another 30 seconds or so.

Finally, turn off the heat and you can add now the avocado to the frying pan. Stir the eggs for the last time and it is ready for serving. In plating add the fresh salsa to the side and enjoy eating the best scrambled eggs.

if you have a 4-6 egg(omega 3 eggs) omlet and then add half an avocado, seems like alot of fat in one meal. Even if it is good fat. Seems to me you would want to add avocado to something that is a bit leaner.

Just depends on diet set up. If someone were following a high calorie or Lean Gains type diet this would fit in just fine.

you could always go half whole eggs, half whites too to bring down the fat macro's
