how is everyone doing new to website just started power lifting this year actually competing have been lifting for awhile know but never really thought a bout competing till someone ask me at the gym if i ever thought about competing so i started training thats just a little backrouns about me!
 
5'5 205lbs right know cutting down to 198lbs class im 24, not to sure on my 1rmax yet on any of the lifts my first meets not til march and my coach doesnt want me to 1 rep anything til meet time but my working sets on bench are 335x5 345x5 355x5 tried 365x5 but failed only got 3 my deadlift working sets are 405x5(3) just started that yesterday was the first time doing that its going up every week and squat sucks only doing working sets with 315x5 trying to get a good comfort zone for that tried wide like my sumo deadlift but it just doesnt work that way!
 
At 5'5" you could probably get down to 181 and do pretty good. Definitely keep working on that squat.
