Second post. I've been reading this board for quite a while basically just whoring information but finally grabbed my nuts and registered. Just wanted to say thanks to all the great members out there. This is the best website for bodybuilding enthusiasts by far. I've seen nothing but very usefull and credible advice being given to beginners and advanced lifters alike, not to mention some really legit regimen/supp reviews which is what I have been looking at mostly.

I can honestly attribute most of the really good gains i've made in the last year to this website. Hope I can pass on some advice and help to other members with some of my past successes and failures. -Joe
