Damn you Walmart you have no pants that fit.

So, I went to Walmart today. My waist has increased from 40 to 42, I'd like to get back down to 38 but I'm stuck at 40 now. Anyway the only thing that fits me now is my sweat shorts and they are actually a 40. I went and tried on some short...nothing fit. Most of the shorts wouldn't even go all the way up passed my butt. What stores are brands do you guys use to buy pants and shorts. My thighs are pretty big, they're about 26 inches around. Also Walmart seems to really suck at picking out clothes if your above a size large.

Agreed, however I don't seem to have any problems there. Waist is 40 here, thighs are around 32. I haven't found anything there that doesn't fit - pants-wise, that is. Shirts, on the other hand... XLT or XXLT, nothing there.

I have a 32-33 in waste and around 26" thighs...BKE (buckle.com brand jeans) loose fit jeans fit great and are very comfortable. Lucky brand fits good as well. Both a little expensive but you can usually find decent sales at times on both websites. I would find a local retailer that sells those types of jeans and try on different fits before finding online for cheaper. Also Buckle.com lists thigh measurement of all the bke jeans.

If you dont mind spending $200+ Diesel and 7 has some nice jeans that fit really good against larger theighs. When i was at my largest (250+ at 5'10) i could only rock the Sevens. Dont bother with True Relgion jeans or Rock and Republic as their jeans are cut to be tight around the theigh and are nearly impossible to fit in esecially if your waste is under 33 inches.

:werd:how do we jump from walmart to seven's, true religion and diesel?
the wally world next to me has sizes that go up to 50's. keep shopping my dude. your bound to find some jump offs that fit

You gotta hit walmart at the beginning of the seasons to get ALL the size choices(spring/summer/fall/winter), they almost never restock stuff(clothing wise) in the middle of the season.

OT-Any of you big guys need a nice almost new condition weight belt:

sale or trade-Valeo 6-Inch VLP Belt XL -make me an offer.

How about a pair of socks that fit size 14 feet! I have no idea how Wal Mart doesn't stock 13-15 ... I thought size 13s were pretty common?

Nice pair of carpenters for under 20 bucks shipped to your door:

Nice find, however, I usually have to get "extra loose" jeans to fit in the quad area. I've tried carpenter pants and they are tight in the glutes and quads.

Sears online had a decent pair a while back that I got ahold of that I wish I would have bought more of.. they were 38x36, too big in the waist, but they fit great in the quad and glute area.

Walmart carries socks that fit that. I am a size 15EE and can find socks that fit there.. now shoes on the other hand, no place local carries, so I buy online usually at zappos.com

^^^ This guy relishes our collective frustration regarding Walmart pants ^^^

My quads are huge comapared to my waist. My waist may be a 28 but I have to buy a 32w. I only buy bootleg because they're the only ones that fit my thighs and glutes (hey, it matters for men too). I have a good fit with J Crew jeans... theyre just shy of 100 but if it fits and its comfortable- jeans last a while.

Levi's or real work wear are my favorites. Cheap and durable. I usually get the levis from Kohls and the real work wears from Rural King. Its like a farm supply store kind of like a tractor supply for those of you that don't know. The Real Work Wears are like $12-15 and extremely durable and come in all sizes

gap dude, i used to work there and a bunch of clothing stores. Gap has so many different fits for literally everyone. also, lets lose some weight lol i went from 34 to 38 in the winter and that was unacceptable for me. down to 33 and happy :)

Damn I think the lowest I can go down to is probably 36 with my frame. Even when I was about 170 before I started lifting I wore a 36.

I had this girl I train order me some GASP jeans, best fitting and most comfortable jeans I've ever owned. However, they come with a hefty price tag

If you want jeans that are gonna have a certain fit then your gonna pay a little more. There's never a reason to buy True Religion at 300+ thats just ludicris and theyre nothing extraordinary. I dont have a problem payin 100 for jeans and only having a couple pairs. I spend all day/night in scrubs or gym pants.

Lucky jeans have always been a good fit for me pre / post starting to lift but even those getting a little tight in the quads while the waist is still fine. Though they do stretch out amazing quick. True religion I found to pretty much hold their size

On a semi-related note I also found out my wrist is too big now for cheap $10 watches. I had to get a $54 watch luckily my grandmother paid for it lol. It's not like I have the biggest wrists either they're only about 7 1/2 inches and I haven't been able to do wrist curls again yet.

Try Sam's Club, I can't buy shorts/ jeans there. They're always too big. I wear 31 waist and they start at 34.

Pffff, your crazy, my wrist is over 8, and I can wear cheap watches, think about all the really big guys, or the really big fat people, they arent all payin 50bucks for a watch, you gotta shop around more, plus alot of jewelery stores will have extra links they can add to metal bands pretty cheap, or you can just buy a new large size leather band that fits your wrist for like 10-12 bucks, or 14 bucks for gold plated:

So you take that $54, find a cheap watch you like for 10 bucks, get a new band for 12, and still have like 30 bucks left over to buy some protein powder or some creatine, or some aminos.

EDIT: I have no affiliation or attachment of any kind to these places, I dont secretly work for them, and Im not promoting their product, or advertising for them, Im just providing examples of what I was able to find with simple google searches.

Well it wasnt bad since I didn't have to pay for the watch it was a gift lol. I said all the watches, I ment all the digital ones. I wanted a digital watch so I can have the stop watch feature. I use that to keep track of time between sets.

Well, gifts are good, but I just wanna make sure you know whats what and dont get overcharged on watches in the future. I find the cheap Velcro banded digital watches at kmart fit the bill for that kind of duty, plus if you drop a dumbbell on one, who cares.
