Your not taking into the account the middle class or the lower class who rely on tips or business in these areas to pay there bills, what about there rights , what about them and there familys?

lets make sure were being fair now, Im talking about florida where property values are easily effected by this, not some huge metropolitan area of highrises and 20 story apartment buildings. Here in florida we call it enabling people, continue to give them what they need and they will never get the help they need.
I share some of your concerns, there certainly alot of areas I feel uncomfortable going to just to try to avoid bull**** as Ive had more than a handful of issues in the past that I wont get in to atm.

Question is, what is the root cause of all the homeless in your neighborhood? How and why did they get there in the first place and how do we resolve these issues, or at least reduce them without sacrificing individual liberty (which is my own concern of course.)

  2. Americans’ Cellphones Targeted in Secret U.S. Spy Program

Devices on Planes that Mimic Cellphone Towers Used to Target Criminals, but Also Sift Through Thousands of Other Phones

    By
    Devlin Barrett
    Updated Nov. 13, 2014 8:22 p.m. ET
    Wall Street Journal

WASHINGTON—The Justice Department is scooping up data from thousands of mobile phones through devices deployed on airplanes that mimic cellphone towers, a high-tech hunt for criminal suspects that is snagging a large number of innocent Americans, according to people familiar with the operations.

The U.S. Marshals Service program, which became fully functional around 2007, operates Cessna aircraft from at least five metropolitan-area airports, with a flying range covering most of the U.S. population, according to people familiar with the program.

Planes are equipped with devices—some known as “dirtboxes” to law-enforcement officials because of the initials of the Boeing Co. unit that produces them—which mimic cell towers of large telecommunications firms and trick cellphones into reporting their unique registration information.

The technology in the two-foot-square device enables investigators to scoop data from tens of thousands of cellphones in a single flight, collecting their identifying information and general location, these people said.

People with knowledge of the program wouldn’t discuss the frequency or duration of such flights, but said they take place on a regular basis.

A Justice Department official would neither confirm nor deny the existence of such a program. The official said discussion of such matters would allow criminal suspects or foreign powers to determine U.S. surveillance capabilities. Justice Department agencies comply with federal law, including by seeking court approval, the official said.

The program is the latest example of the extent to which the U.S. is training its surveillance lens inside the U.S. It is similar in approach to the National Security Agency’s program to collect millions of Americans phone records, in that it scoops up large volumes of data in order to find a single person or a handful of people. The U.S. government justified the phone-records collection by arguing it is a minimally invasive way of searching for terrorists.

Interesting, but this is not news.

I was assigned to the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Squad about 15 years ago, and we had a federal guy we would call to do this stuff back then.

I spent some of my military service in an Army unit that utilized similar technology, albeit with less legal boundaries, in the early days of the GWOT. Heck, the guys I was working with said they had been using similar things for quite a long time before I got there.

Its really amazing how if you (well in my own experience) talked about this kind of stuff just 5 years ago you would get the roll eyed and be called a tin foil man, lol. I still get that, but far dramatically less.

Most people these days think Edward Snowden is the NSA's first whistle-blower on these programs when over a decade before William Binney a 32 year NSA legendary vet who was the former technical director came out and warned congress and the American people on these programs are being abused on the American people. He says that it is also used to blackmail our own goverment such as Generals, Supreme Court Justices, Senators, Congress, etc...anybody they want they do.

Thanks for sharing your experiences by the way!

If there is anything good about black friday are some of the supplement deals I ordered from the comfort of my home.

Rap of today is fabricated by the CIA to promote drugs and gang violence. You should look into the "Real Rick Ross" who was a multi million dollar cocaine/crack dealer back in the 80's who had his identity stolen from him by "Rick Ross." To find more out about this stuff.

The real Rick Ross calls out the rapper who stole his name along with the entire rap music industry. He breaks down how the CIA uses rap music to prime kids for a life that's going to send them to prison, much like they used him to push crack cocaine in the US.

  11. when i lived in indianapolis every year there was black expo, every year there was shootings, stabbings, muggings and violence.

since i moved to terre haute every year there is a thing called sheid diesel extravaganza, every year there are hillbilly's and rednecks from all over attending. a lot of underaged drinking, speeding tickets given, girls exposing their tits, and cops running them out of parking lots at night...a general pain in the ass that weekend, BUT NO VIOLENCE OF ANY KIND.

the folks attending black expo listen mainly to rap.

the folks attending diesel extravaganza listen mainly to country.

i guess a lot can be said for the music you listen to.

Also to do drugs and ruin their lives by staying in their ghetto. That is why some rappers throw up the triangle(all seeing eye). Their is a lot more information to back it up but it is just a idea to entertain without accepting it.

today is a flaunt it if you got it world...if you are a young kid in the poor neighborhoods seeing drug dealers and 'gangsta's driving nice cars and wearing stylish clothes while even the good people who are lucky enough to have legitimate jobs live in poverty....you get what i am saying.

choice...work at macdonalds for minimum wage-if you can even get hired...or turn to crime....some say work at macdonalds finish high school go to college and get a good paying job.....i would guess those people have never lived in a poor neighborhood. there are few good role models and peer pressure is enormous to fit in-which in many cases means turn to crime....

the problem in ferguson is not the police, it is abject poverty...but if obama and holder focus on race they avoid addressing the more serious issues that have no easy fix.

  18. New York Prepares for Riots As Grand Jury Weighs Eric Garner Decision

Rev. Farrakhan says Islam permits attacks on whites for crimes of police

    by Kurt Nimmo | Infowars.com | December 2, 2014

His crime? Allegedly selling cigarettes not approved and taxed by the state. Garner was knocked to the ground and a white police officer, Daniel Pantaleo, strangled him to death. The suffocation was exacerbated by the fact Garner suffered from asthma.

Unfortunately, the racial component of this murder will feed the race war hysteria coming out of Ferguson, Missouri. It will allow the race war opportunists to promote their agenda.

The race war opportunists have managed to pave over the larger issue – out of control federally militarized cops at war with citizens. All races in the United States suffer from police violence.

Following riots in Ferguson and black-on-white murder in St. Louis in reaction to a grand jury decision exonerating policeman Darren Wilson, race war activists justified the destruction of private property (including property owned by black merchants) and disrupting commerce.

The latest call for violence has come from perennial firebrand Rev. Louis Farrakhan. On Saturday, Farrakhan delivered a speech at Morgan State University, a black college in Baltimore. He said Islam permits a “law for retaliation” and violence should be used following the Michael Brown and Eric Garner grand jury decisions.

“Watch now, because once it starts, it’s on. You may not want to fight, but you better get ready. Teach your baby how to throw the bottle if they can,” he said, referring a Molotov cocktail.

He encouraged black people to disrupt commerce. “As long as they [whites] kill us [blacks] and go to Wendy’s and have a burger and go to sleep, they gonna keep killing us,” he said. “But when we die and they die, then soon we’re going to sit at a table and talk about it! We’re tired! We want some of this earth or we’ll tear this [expletive] country up!”

Police on Staten Island, where Garner was killed, are preparing for protests and possible violence in the wake of a grand jury decision.

“There certainly will be increased police presence in the area, especially around the vicinity of where they anticipate demonstrations to be taking place, and that is something that I believe the NYPD is taking very seriously,” said Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis. Her district includes parts of Staten Island and Brooklyn.

“Here on Staten Island, Eric Garner had a lot of friends, especially in that area, and he’s very, very well missed by a lot of people who’s anxiously waiting the decision,” said Cynthia Davis of the National Action Network. “So I even think maybe some agitators may try to worm their way in and try to cause problems, but we’re just praying and hoping that that doesn’t happen.”

New York’s Democrat Mayor, Bill de Blasio, said he does not expect violence after the grand jury decision is handed down.

“There will be protests, it’s part of a democracy. But in this city we respect that,” de Blasio said last week. “We allow protests to happen the right way and, generally speaking, in a way that really fosters non-violence and people participating in their society in the right manner.”

On Monday De Blasio met with Obama, Biden and Rev. Al Sharpton in Washington to discuss events in Ferguson.

Maybe Obama can influence Ferguson and turn it into Chicago? Gun free zone maybe will solve gun deaths and poverty? Lol..... or Holder can both smuggle weapons to criminals and run another Oklahoma city style cover up if a goverment building or police station gets bombed there in Ferguson....it will create alot of real goverment jobs in the area, he is a true winner and visionary!

Obama and holder can get their focus together if they seek snitch Al Sharpton's professional advice for the win! They should re-carve the Washington monument after these three heroes!

  20. A lot of the race war issues have been predetermined.

If America is divided by race, the population is easier to control.

If we are all united as Americans, no matter our skin color, we are very very powerful. The government wouldn't be able to get away with so much BS.

this is exactly what i have been preaching forever it seems...'united we stand divided we fall'. the government has a vested interest in keeping the races divided, if we are focused on hatred towards each other then we are not focused on our common interests.

  22. Eric Garner was not murdered by NYPD because he is black. Lets be clear, he was on the street selling lucy (single) cigarettes and was killed for tax evasion.

If you want to sell drugs, goverment wants a piece of the pie or die! Every pack of cigarettes gets drug dealing New York State Goverment $4.35 in taxes per pack, and an additional $1.50 per pack for drug dealing NYC goverment. Now, didnt Eric Garner already pay his taxes already by buying a pack of cigarettes before selling them? Goverment is so slimy drug dealing stingy that they want taxes a second time?

Where are all the people on the streets in NYC demanding justice for unfair tyrannical tax policies? Its the tax laws that got him killed and murdered on the sidewalk, not his color.

This is clearly another case of goverment inciting race wars and another example of ridiculous tax evasion crimes.

I think smaller/rural/towns you can just consider them as mercenaries for revenue collecting. Thats what many of them are converted to. If police have a quota to reach when it comes to handing out tickets for example, small towns become scam central for goverment revenue collecting.

  29. All I Want for Christmas is a (Real) Government Shutdown

The political class breathed a sigh of relief Saturday

    by Ron Paul | December 15, 2014

The political class breathed a sigh of relief Saturday when the US Senate averted a government shutdown by passing the $1.1 trillion omnibus spending bill. This year’s omnibus resembles omnibuses of Christmas past in that it was drafted in secret, was full of special interest deals and disguised spending increases, and was voted on before most members could read it.

The debate over the omnibus may have made for entertaining political theater, but the outcome was never in doubt. Most House and Senate members are so terrified of another government shutdown that they would rather vote for a 1,774-page bill they have not read than risk even a one or two-day government shutdown.

Those who voted for the omnibus to avoid a shutdown fail to grasp that the consequences of blindly expanding government are far worse than the consequences of a temporary government shutdown. A short or even long-term government shutdown is a small price to pay to avoid an economic calamity caused by Congress’ failure to reduce spending and debt.

The political class’ shutdown phobia is particularly puzzling because a shutdown only closes 20 percent of the federal government. As the American people learned during the government shutdown of 2013, the country can survive with 20 percent less government.

Instead of panicking over a limited shutdown, a true pro-liberty Congress would be eagerly drawing up plans to permanently close most of the federal government, staring with the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve’s inflationary policies not only degrade the average American’s standard of living, they also allow Congress to run up huge deficits. Congress should take the first step toward restoring a sound monetary policy by passing the Audit the Fed bill, so the American people can finally learn the truth about the Fed’s operations.

Second on the chopping block should be the Internal Revenue Service. The federal government is perfectly capable of performing its constitutional functions without imposing a tyrannical income tax system on the American people.

America’s militaristic foreign policy should certainly be high on the shutdown list. The troops should be brought home, all foreign aid should be ended, and America should pursue a policy of peace and free trade with all nations. Ending the foreign policy of hyper-interventionism that causes so many to resent and even hate America will increase our national security.

All programs that spy on or otherwise interfere with the private lives of American citizens should be shutdown. This means no more TSA, NSA, or CIA, as well as an end to all federal programs that promote police militarization. The unconstitutional war on drugs should also end, along with the war on raw milk.

All forms of welfare should be shut down, starting with those welfare programs that benefit the wealthy and the politically well connected. Corporate welfare, including welfare for the military-industrial complex that masquerades as “defense spending,” should be first on the chopping block. Welfare for those with lower incomes could be more slowly phased out to protect those who have become dependent on those programs.

The Department of Education should be permanently padlocked. This would free American schoolchildren from the dumbed-down education imposed by Common Core and No Child Left Behind. Of course, Obamacare, and similar programs, must be shut down so we can finally have free-market health care.

Congress could not have picked a worse Christmas gift for the American people than the 1,774-page omnibus spending bill. Unfortunately, we cannot return this gift. But hopefully someday Congress will give us the gift of peace, prosperity, and liberty by shutting down the welfare-warfare state.
