I made this thread because apparently people think that LIFTING and treadmill music are the same. I have seen some playlists that want to make me shake my head and say wtf, and they are worse then the justin bieber music playing at the gym sometimes.

Anyway post up if you got some nice motivating heavy lifting music that just gets you jacked and ready take aggression out on IRON!!!!

I have a couple to get started

Disturbed - HELL
Roy Jones -Cant be touched
Bullet for my Valentine - Your Betrayal
Breaking Benjamin - I will not bow
Enimen,50 cent,2pac - Till I collapse REMIX

Ok thats just a few there is more but I wanna see what others have. Lets have some fun with this :firedevil:

I couldn't lift without some trance, dance, or house music (techno as it's referred to in the old US of A). Nothing like a good beat, build up, then a cracking break down to get the testosterone flowing :D

I present Two Steps from Hell:

I have certain days where I prefer to have non-lyrical music and I've always loved how much power is within an orchestra.
