Just like to say hi to all. I started reading on AM almost a year ago and would like to thank everybody. This forum has helped me more than anything else. I used to think I ate a lot, like 90% of the posters in the bulking section, then I realized I didn't. Up 20-25 pounds so far and I'm not slowing down. Thanks again.
