Lighting effects help?

Getting ready to decorate for Halloween this weekend and have an idea, but I have no idea what it is I'm looking for or if it even exists. Pretty sure it does, but I don't know where to look!

I'm looking for some sort of controller or circuit or something that I could use inline with some lights to make them flicker at random. Not like a candle bulb flicker, but like a lightbulb that's not screwed in the whole way would do...kinda like a short circuit or something. I know ya see it in movies all the time, but does anyone happen to know what does this, any specific product names or categories that I can look for, or any help at all???

Interesting... Thanks! Found what I was looking for a little bit ago, but for $70, it isn't in the budget for this year. Of course, I didn't bookmark where I found it. D'oh!
