Hello all
I stay pretty active, and when i'm not training I'm usually hauling **** or fixing things around the house.
As a result, my back hurts all the damn time.
My lower back usually doesn't hurt too much, but I get a lot of pain in my upper back, especially at the shoulder blades. The muscles that run along my spine are full of knots up near my shoulder blades and I try to massage them out on my own.
I don't really have the money to get a professional massage, so I need some way to help reduce the knots and relax my back.
Sometimes I take a hot bath and it helps a bit, but not for long.
Any ideas guys?
