I emailed CustomerService
I received an email from Customer Service on Jan 21 which said that they were waiting on some DMSO, & the orders would be sent out Jan 22.
But I`m still waiting.
Hopefully I`ll get something in the next day or two.

Yes the DMSO was a prob. I think it took longer than expected. Like I saod if you want to find out for sure, PM Chemo. He's always very good with these situations.
