do I have freakin breast cancer?

definately gonna see a doctor asap,
but I thought I would share anyway,
was in the shower and started feeling up my tits and found a hard ass lump
about 3 inches away from the nimple,
so i guess i'm gonna have to go for a bioopsy and this could be the real deal,
damn
 
do you think it might just be gyno..I know that is a far fetch....it may just be some fatty tissue. But good luck none the less.

yeah, i'm a 'dude'.
and one second thought it is more like 1 - 1-1/2 inches from the nipple,
but I couldn't imagine that it is gyno,
feels wierd as f.u.c.k.
 
You should get it checked out. I have a lump on my side. I got it checked out and the Dr. said it was just some tissue. Though he kind of freaked me out by feeling it for two seconds then dismissing it. I guess it's pretty common.
 
I know a guy who had a gumball sized cyst removed from right next to his nipple. It was no big deal, he was back to normal the next day with 2-3 stitches. Sounds like you may have the same thing.
 
Could also be a benign fibrocystic tumor. My wife gets those from time to time and according to her doc if it weren't for her family history of breast cancer (lost her sis to it) it wouldn't be anything to worry about.

It is still possible for guys to get breast cancer, get it checked ASAP and good luck.
 
I had one a long time ago and was told it was a cyst. That if it was sore its probably not cancer...so maybe he was lucky!
