    A lot of Disturbed.
Roy Jones Jr. - Can't be Touched

I usually just listen to whatever the gym has on. When I do listen to my own though, it's usually heavy stuff but right under screamo.

If you can dig these up, I think you will like them for workouts:

Ludacris ft. Lil Wayne - Last of a Dying Breed
    Ghostface Killa - The Champ
Outkast - Xplosion (feat. Cypress Hill)
8Ball and MJG - Throw Your Hands Up (feat. Outkast )
    TI - Top Back
Drake - Forever (feat. Lil Wayne, kanye West, and Eminem)
Mos Def - Life in Marvelous Times
Rick Ross - Valley of Death
The Lonely Island - I'm on a Boat (feat. T-Pain)
The Game - State of Emergency
T.I. - Swagga like us (feat. kanye west, jay z, lil wayne)
    Young Jeezy - Crazy World
    Eminem - Underground
Clipse - Kinda Like a Big Deal remix feat. Kanye West and Bun B
    Bone Crusher - Never Scared
The Game - We aint (feat. Eminem)
    Bun B - Keep it 100
Jadakiss - Kiss of Death (feat. Styles P)

I don't think you would be disappointed by any of these

I would agree hard rock (disturbed, slipknot ect.) is the best way to start strong but lately around halfway through I go to something with a higher bpm count to keep me going strong.

Some of my favorite house beats to lift/run to,

    5)YouTube- Tiƫsto - Fresh Fruit
4)YouTube- Daft Punk - Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger (Deadmau5 Remix) (start at 1:16)
    3)YouTube- Deadmau5 - Ghosts n Stuff
    2)YouTube- Broadcast Yourself.
    1)YouTube- D-Devils - Sex, drugs and house.
I'm back from a longggg nap!

Borgore is cool im checking it out right now. I was in baltimore for Starscape a couple weeks ago, big party, they had a crazy dub step stage. I was never into it a whole lot but they were throwing it down

for lifting and everything else really, ive been listening to this dude called pretty lights. hes a dj that combines all sorts of vinyl, 70s, hiphop, just nasty beats all together. all the music is free to download

    www.prettylightsmusic.com

its a little different but some tracks are just straight nasty. if you wanna switch up the old death metal routine, give it a try. favorite album to download: filling up the city skies disc 2
