Going to the gym or going out shooting?

I say lifting, but the serenity of putting 400 or so rounds down range comes in a close second.

Well relaxing to me is an hour out in the woods meditating.... but between those two, lifting I would say if I have the gym to myself. I love weapons and shooting, but I focus in order to have my best accuracy. I get too competitive with myself with shooting...

Well I can pick one for each. For stress I pick the gym. For relaxing, I few hundred rounds out of the SKS is always fun
