Do you do taekwondo?

So i started taekwondo
and decided to jump right into it im doing 2 workouts of 1.5 hour + 2 workouts of 2 hours and + 2 workouts of 3 hours for a total of 13 hours weekly!!

so anyone else doing taekwondo how were the first few months?
+ how can i optimize my weight training for taekwondo and how can i improve better in taekwondo

its really cool im losing between 1 and 2 kilos per week while maintaining muscle mass so im getting faster stronger and much more endurance heck each lesson is like HIIT

p.s i can do 5 chin ups now i used to be able to do between 1 and 2 im guessing within 2 months i would be able to do at least 15-20
