There is so much knowledge and general help offered on this site that I want to say thank you to those that bhave helped me in the past(and those that will help in the future). If real life were more like this place the world would be in better shape. Happy New Year everyone.

more than half of what i know about bodybuilding i have learned here on AM. thanks to all of you guys who help out, and thanks "trauma" and "easy" for taking it easy on me, who i believe i was quite rude to when i first joined AM.
