I recently decided to try and go to sleep earlier then I have been. I was going to sleep at between 4-5am and waking up around noon or 1pm. Recently I have tried going to bed between 2-3am, but I wind up waking up between 6-6:30am and not being able to go back to sleep until around 9 and then sleeping for 3 or 4 more hours. Does anyone have any tips, that will help me sleep a good 8 hours straight? I've tried staying up all day, but I get too tired.
