I'm looking for a new software download for video/voice chatting and to make international PC to PC and PC to telephone calls. My mic doesn't seem to work with yahoo messenger. I've looked into gmail, but it seems pretty effin' complicated and time consuming to figure out as compared to YM. Is there another that's user friendly and free or cheap?
When using YM, my PC is telling me that the mic is working, yet the person on the other end can't hear sh!t. It's not their PC either, as it does the same thing no matter who I call. International calls are expensive as hell compared to PC to PC or PC to telephone calls. I'm wondering if another program might work better.
