Real quick, if SD,PP and HD are designed after some AAS (masteron, dbol and tbol) with only a slight move of a carbon here or there and maybe another small tweak then what is going to stop the designers from doing it again? more specificly if the government bans SD for example, which has a specific chemical makeup, then what stops someone from slightly altering that makeup to make something very similar but legal?

Provide a law/regulation that has a blanket clause that includes something so generic that there's no possible hope of designing anything worthy of risking jailtime over...
